Below are various sketches the three of us made in the planning process. This project was an excellent chance to practice working as a team as we tried to adapt our very different styles to work together seamlessly in one world.
April 26, 1905: VR Experience
This 10-minute virtual-reality hot air balloon ride was a collaborative project between myself and my friends Julie Benbasset and Franco Zacharzewski. The project, made in Tiltbrush, Quill and Unity, guides the viewer through a mountainous world based on Alan Lightman's novel "Einstien's Dreams", in which time flows slower at higher altitudes. It was an interesting thought experiment and a huge undertaking for only 3 weeks of work. It was an excellent way to explore the possibilities of VR in storytelling.
